We sell guns. We are not lawyers. Anything on this site about the law, including transfers, suppressors and other NFA items, concealed carry, magazine limits, or what you can own where you live, is general information from a dealer's point of view. Laws change, and they differ between Maryland, West Virginia, and every other state. Check the current law or talk to an attorney before you rely on anything here.

All sales follow the law

Every firearm, ammunition, magazine, suppressor, and other regulated item is sold in person at one of our stores and only after every federal, state, and local requirement is met, including identification, the required forms, the background check, and any waiting period. We will not sell to anyone who cannot lawfully buy, and we can refuse any sale for any lawful reason.

Prices, stock, and photos

Inventory and prices on this site come from our point-of-sale system and can lag the shelf. Product photos may show a different color, configuration, or accessory than the one in stock. Manufacturer specifications are the manufacturer's. Errors happen; when they do, the price and item at the store control.

Used and consignment firearms

Used and consignment firearms are sold as described and function-checked before sale. Condition grades are our honest opinion, not a guarantee. Ask to see the gun before you buy it.

Gunsmithing, appraisals, and notary

Gunsmithing work is scoped and priced before it starts and is done by our gunsmith; turnaround times are estimates. An appraisal is our professional opinion of value on the day it is written and is not a promise to buy at that price. Notary services are performed as Maryland and West Virginia law provide and do not include legal advice on the document.

Safety

Treat every gun as loaded. Read the manual. Store firearms locked and away from children and anyone who should not have them. Ask us about safes and locks; we sell them.
