1. Who we are

This website is run by 2A Guns & Ammo, a federally licensed firearms dealer with stores at 1202 E Patrick St, Frederick, Maryland 21701 and 5078 Williamsport Pike #F, Martinsburg, West Virginia 25404. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Firearms, ammunition, magazines, and NFA items are not sold online

Prices and stock for firearms, ammunition, magazines, suppressors, and other regulated items are shown for information only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or ship a regulated item. Every sale of a regulated item happens in person at one of our stores, with the identification, paperwork, background check, waiting period, and any other requirement of federal, Maryland, West Virginia, or local law. We can refuse any sale.

3. Buying gear online

Accessories, holsters, optics, cleaning supplies, apparel, and similar items can be bought through the online checkout. You must be 18 or older to place an order. Orders ship only where we can lawfully ship. Prices, stock, and availability can change without notice, and we may cancel and refund an order that was listed with a wrong price or that we cannot fill. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout.

4. Returns

Unopened gear in new condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery with the receipt. Shipping is not refunded unless the mistake was ours. Firearms, ammunition, magazines, and NFA items are not returnable once the sale is complete, except as the law requires. Call the store before sending anything back.

5. Prices, stock, and mistakes

We pull inventory from our point-of-sale system several times an hour, but the shelf is the truth. A listing can be out of date, a price can be wrong, and a photo can show a different variant than the one on the shelf. If it matters, call first.

6. Your account and conduct

Give us accurate information at checkout. Don't use the site to break the law, to buy for someone who cannot legally own what you are buying, or to interfere with the site or other users.

7. Our content

The text, photographs, and design of this site belong to 2A Guns & Ammo. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify products we carry. Don't copy the site.

8. No warranties; limits on liability

The site is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, 2A Guns & Ammo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the site or from products bought through it beyond the amount you paid for the product. Manufacturer warranties are the manufacturer's.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland for orders shipped from Frederick and the State of West Virginia for matters arising at the Martinsburg store, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
