the bench.

1. Bring it in, unloaded and cased

   Walk it into either store during open hours. No appointment needed.

2. We look it over with you

   You tell us what it's doing, or not doing, and we'll look it over and talk through what's probably going on.

3. You approve the work first

   Nothing happens to your gun until we've talked scope and cost. No surprise bills.

4. Pick it up, function-checked

   We call when it's ready. Everything gets function-checked before it goes back to you.

Cleaning and minor repairs are done right here at the store: cleanings, mounting optics and bore sighting, and assembling parts you bought from us onto your build. Gunsmithing work goes to our gunsmith. Bring it in, we get it there, and we call you when it is back.
